If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Lucea is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lucea is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Store Credit

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear purchases are final sale.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a verified manufacturing defect, Lucea may, at its sole discretion, issue store credit after reviewing your claim.
