Returns & Exchanges

At Lucea, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

We only accept claims if:

• You received the wrong item.

• Your item arrived damaged.

• Your item has a manufacturing defect.

If your claim is approved, Lucea will issue store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the same item or a different product.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• With all original tags attached

• In their original packaging

• With the hygiene liner intact

Lucea reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.
